This tour begins with a panoramic visit to The Hague, an aristocratic city (and seat of the Dutch Government) rich in 17th-century architectural splendour. In The Hague, you’ll have the opportunity to admire the elegance of the Houses of Parliament and the 13th-century Hall of Knights. After a brief walking tour your guide will escort you to the coach again to proceed to Delft. There are no entrances planned in The Hague.
When arriving in beautiful Delft and after an introduction of the impressive history, the group will be given free time to enjoy lunch at leisure in one of the lovely restaurants located in the center. Delft is a picturesque town that was immortalised by the famous 17th-century Dutch painter, Johannes Vermeer, and still contains Royal Delft (the city’s last remaining earthenware factory from the 17th century), where you’ll have a tour.
