As a second-generation leader in our family business, I am proud to continue the legacy my parents established. Together with my sister, I have been guiding the company with a deep respect for our traditions, while always looking ahead and embracing new perspectives.

I’ve been a member of the Delta family for 36 years as an operations manager and I still enjoy being part of the young, enthusiastic team. Every day is different, with new challenges and solutions every day.

Born and raised in Spain, I have always been deeply rooted in the tourism and travel industry. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Swedish, I take great joy in exploring and sharing the hidden gems, traditions, and history of the Netherlands with our guests. Driven by a passion for authentic culture, premium services, and unique experiences, I am dedicated to making every incentive, meeting, and congress as smooth, inspiring, and memorable as possible.

Favorite Swedish word – Underbar, which means wonderful

A proud South African with a big love for travel and discovering new cultures. After a few years of events experience in Cape Town, that curiosity is what brought me to the Netherlands and to Delta Amsterdam, where I get to meet people from all over the world and create memorable moments for them. Crafting experiences that feel thoughtful and joyful is what I enjoy most about working in the global events and tourism industry.

Favourite South African word: Lekker – more than just “nice” or “good,” it conveys a sense of ease, positivity, and simple enjoyment.

Favourite Dutch word: Borrel – a uniquely Dutch concept that’s more than just “having a drink.” It’s the relaxed, social moment around it – good company and a comfortable atmosphere that brings people together.

A born and raised Dutch professional, fluent in English with working knowledge of German. After several years as a procurement consultant, I found my way back to the world of event management. The genuine joy on guests’ and clients’ faces after a successful event is what makes this industry truly exceptional. As the third generation in our family business, I am committed to carrying the legacy forward with pride and ambition.

Favourite Dutch word: Gezellig – It reflects the feeling of being comfortable, connected, and enjoying good company.

Originally from France and based in the Netherlands for the past nine years, I spent several years working as a Global Buyer in the corporate sector before transitioning into a career that felt more meaningful to me: Events! I am driven by the creativity of the process and the opportunity to design the ideal atmosphere for each client. Every program should feel unforgettable!

My favourite French word: Rêve (“dream”), as I believe that everyday life should move toward what inspires us.

Born and raised in China, having lived in the US, and now based in the Netherlands. With a background in performing arts and cultural management, shaped by hands-on experience across creative and production contexts. This background naturally translated into working in event management. I enjoy weaving creative vision and thoughtful planning into moments that feel meaningful and memorable, bringing a cross-cultural perspective to my work. What truly inspires me is seeing people share experiences, leave with bright eyes and lasting stories, and witnessing how a team’s collective effort brings a vision to life.

My favourite Chinese word – “沉浸” (chén jìn) — the state of being fully immersed, where moments feel vivid, engaging, and unforgettable.
