Terms and Conditions

 

1. In order for us to secure the appropriate numbers of guides, please complete your activity selections by 29 March 2024.
2. Cancellation Policy: Activities cancelled less than 14 working days before Welcome Dinner Date in Amsterdam of each wave will be charged in full. This applies to all confirmed tours.
3. A tour will not be operated if the minimum number of participants has not been met.
4. Tour registration may be offered on site, based on availability.
5. Prices are quoted in Euro. Currently 1 EUR is equal to $1.08 USD.
6. You will be required to enter a credit card when registering for the excursions to reserve and secure your spot.
7. When traveling internationally, you should always check with your credit card company to see if they charge a service fee for international charges.
